AstoriaPhoto was founded in 2003 by Erik Lindgren, a commercial photographer who saw firsthand how difficult it was for multinational companies to get consistent headshots across their offices. The problem was always the same: different cities, different photographers, different results.

What started as a one-person studio in Astoria, New York evolved into something much larger: a managed network of carefully vetted photographers who all follow the same standards for lighting, color, framing, and post-processing.

Today, we coordinate photography projects in 47 countries. Our clients range from mid-market firms updating their team directory to Fortune 500 companies rolling out new brand guidelines across every global office. The work has changed in scale, but the principle hasn't: every image should look like it came from the same photographer, no matter where it was shot.
